Cerno is an AI-powered career application workflow tool. It parses your CV, generates opportunity recommendations, and drafts tailored application materials. The Service does not send any materials on your behalf — all external actions remain under your control.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and uploading your CV.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload false or misleading CV information
• Use the Service to generate fraudulent application materials
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate recommendations and draft application materials. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all materials before use. We do not guarantee that any opportunity recommendation represents an actual job opening.

Intellectual Property

Content you upload (CVs, personal data) remains your property. AI-generated outputs (tailored CVs, cover letters, outreach emails) are licensed to you for personal use in your job search.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of AI-generated materials, including unsuccessful job applications.

Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
